THE CL Series
The basic version of the Peak finishers is equipped with all the smartness of it's big brother. Due to its ultra compact footprint it is a versatile drag finisher for up to 48 tools in chaotic loading.
PEAK CL48 BASIC
Highest automation with up to 260 tools in chaotic loading. The innovative magazines are refillable while the finisher is running and give the CL260 enourmous efficiency in needed workpower.

The Advanced Pair Mode allows the Peak CL Series to be extremely fast even with very chaotic loadings. The on-board sensors and the smart software pick the best pairs and finish them together to save time and material.

Changeable Polishing Pots
To quickly change between different grinding media Peak Immersive Finishing offers a changeable polishing pot system. The pot can run clock- and counterclockwise at fully programmable speeds and allows the usage of all common grinding media.
The double tool polishing head fixtures provide the tools from impinging each other. Tool rotation, depth of immersion, speed, pendulousness and direction can be set individually to create a full X/Y/Z axis control over the finishing process.

Save cost, time and operating personnel. The Peak CL Series can work completely autonomously for up to 5 hours. With its sensors, Peak finishers track their work and are capable of reporting issues even before they happen.
All parameters are individually adjustable and remote monitoring is possible. Smart systems as the lost tool recognition reduce the risk of false handling dramatically, increase passive safety and prevent damages caused by wrong handling.
SAFETY FIRST
All mechanical systems of the CL Series are protected from entering abrasive materials. The polishing media stays where it should be and does not destroy sensitive parts of the finisher.

With a small footprint of 2m³ Peak finishers are compact enough to fit in every corner. The finisher has a low energy consumption and with a sound emission of less than 72dB it is also very silent.

With 7 loading levels the magazine extension allows operating with up-to 260 tools with one load. Magazines can be exchanged while running to maximise efficiency. The magazine can be upgraded for heavy tools up-to 1100g per tool.
